Journal of Education and Management (JEM) is quarterly peer-reviewed interdisciplinary and
open-access online journal for researchers, practitioners, teachers, administrators, managers, and
students of education and management. JEM is international and multidisciplinary forum for the
research of educational issues, Theory and practice, Content and language integrated learning
research, theory and practice, cultural diversity in education, social studies, language information
technology in education, and cultural politics, policy, planning and practice. The journal offers an
intellectual platform where researchers, consultants, practitioners, administrators and policy
makers can contribute and promote research and analysis in educational and managemental
studies. All submission papers should attempt to present research, innovations, theoretical and/or
practical insights in relevant current literature and debates JEM is publishes four issues per year
(March, June, September, December)
